Green smoothies are an excellent way to get some greens into your day. We love them for breakfast or as an icy after school snack. Using frozen bananas as the base means the smoothie will be lightly sweet and perfectly creamy every time.

We’ve put together three combinations that have been thoroughly trialed and given the tick of approval for kids of all ages.

Blend until very smooth and add extra water if needed to reduce thickness. Yep, that easy.
