We're always experimenting with new ways you can enjoy our All Good Bananas. We hope you enjoy this recipe, and make sure you share your All Good creations with us on Instagram! 

Sure, you could put your nice cream in a bowl… but why not bring chocolate to the party? Though it’s not technically baked, using Fairtrade bananas makes this nice cream that much sweeter so we can #BaketheWorldBetter. This Choc-nana Nice Cream requires just one blend and freeze—how much easier could a healthy, sweet treat be?

Method:


Blend all ice cream ingredients together, making sure it is all smooth and incorporated together. You can try the mix and add more sweetness or salt here depending on your preference.


Pour into ice cream molds and freeze for at least six hours, preferably overnight.


Melt chocolate over a double boiler and add coconut oil.


Stir to ensure it is all incorporated and pour onto a flat tray.


Remove ice cream from molds, dip into chocolate tray and ensure it is all covered. Work quickly for the best texture as the chocolate can harden quickly on the ice cream.


Drizzle remaining melted chocolate on ice cream, and quickly sprinkle desired toppings on top.


We’d suggest you freeze them again—if you can resist. Or you could just dig into this all-natural nice cream... stat!
