Banana Pancakes

The wonderful Ella, also known as @thecuriousavovado has kindly created some beautiful recipes using All Good Bananas. She's kindly shared them with us, enjoy banana lovers x

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk and apple ciderr vinegar. Set aside for a few minutes. This will curdle the almond milk which helps to great much fluffier pancakes.


In a high speed blender, blend the rolled oats until they resemble a fine flour.


Add the rest of the ingredients, including the almond milk mixture, to the blender and blend until smooth.


Heat a non-stick pan over a low-medium heat then lightly grease with coconut oil.


Pour a portion of the batter into the pan (The amount of batter you use will depend on what size you want your pancakes your pancakes).


Cook until bubbles start to appear on top then flip.


Continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until the pancakes are golden and cooked through.


Serve with a drizzle of pure maple and some sliced banana and enjoy!
