The wonderful Ella, also known as @thecuriousavovado has kindly created some beautiful recipes using All Good Bananas. She's kindly shared them with us, enjoy banana lovers x

In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until no lumps remain then add the ground flax, vanilla, non-dairy milk and melted coconut oil. Stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon (if using) and mix.

Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients then mix well.

Chill the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Working with a tablespoon at a time, roll the dough into balls then flatten onto a baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes then remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes.
