Banana Boats

The talented Nina and Jessie from @feedingfitfoodiesrncreated this recipe for us using All Good Bananas. We are huge fans of their creations, and look forward to sharing more of their amazing work with you.

Serves 2:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Peel and slice in half lengthways the bananas, don’t cut all the way down, and gently prise the bananas in half.

Place individually on two sheets of tin foil and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Spread a tablespoon of nut butter inside each banana and place the chocolate and raspberries.

Fold up the tin foil and place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.

Once bananas are gooey and chocolate melted, remove from oven.

Serve with toppings of choice.
