All Good OM Green Banana Smoothie

We asked our friends at the Organic Mechanic to share a supercharged green banana smoothie to help power you through your day!

Ingredients

1 Frozen All Good Banana
1 cup of water
1 handful of leafy greens
1 apple
1/4 juice of a lemon
1cm of ginger
1 teaspoon manuka honey

Optional ‘Super-Chargers’:
Shot of Organic Mechanic Kombucha
1 Tbsp psyllium husk powder
