All Good BananaGhana Muffins

Bake these scrumptious muffins, combining two of New Zealand’s favourite Fairtrade products – All Good Bananas and Whittaker’s 72% Dark Ghana. The perfect combo.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

1. Sift the flour and baking powder together then add the sugar.
2. Mix together the melted butter and milk, add eggs into
the mix. Then add the mashed bananas and chocolate pieces.
3. Combine the wet and dry mixtures.
4. Plop the mix into a greased muffin tin (big, medium,
mini – you choose). If you’re feeling naughty, pop a piece
of chocolate on top of each muffin.

Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden or they bounce back on top.
